We invite you to explore our variety of course offerings, all designed to assist in the renewal process established by the NV Real Estate Division. For questions about course offerings, calendars or other educational items, please contact the Education Department.
Class Cancellation Policy: As a reminder, SNR Classes must be cancelled 2 business days prior to the date of class for a full refund. To cancel a special or designation class(es), cancellation notice must be sent 7 business days prior to the day of class for a full refund. Failure to abide by these deadlines will result in no refund for classes.

Meet Our Instructors
Lori Archer is the Broker and Property Manager at Real Estate Connection. She moved to Tahoe City, CA in 1996, starting as a Vacation Rental Agent before earning her California Real Estate License. After obtaining her Nevada license in 2003 and relocating to Reno in 2008, she became a licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker and Property Manager in 2014.

Helen Boise-Graham, a REALTOR® for over 20 years, holds multiple industry certifications and has served in leadership roles, including President of SNR and NNRMLS. A dedicated educator, she has been named Educator of the Year multiple times and has received numerous accolades, including REALTOR® of the Year and the Women of Achievement Award.

With 19 years in real estate, including 13 as a Broker, I started as an Administrator/Office Manager in 2004. I’ve managed agents in both large and small offices, taught MLS and forms classes, and facilitated Pre-Licensing courses with Key Realty School and Western Title in 2013-2014 at my Carson City office.

As the 2025 Instructors Committee Vice-Chair, I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. With 24 years of real estate experience, I’ve served as President of the Downtown Carson City Neighborhood Improvement District, Board Member of Feeding Pets of the Homeless, President of the Rotary Club of Carson City, and recently earned my CCIM in commercial real estate.

Reed has over 30 years of experience in marketing, consulting, and real estate negotiations in Nevada. He obtained his Nevada Real Estate Salesman license in 1980 and has held leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of Spring Creek Association and Chairman of the Spring Creek Architectural Committee and Elko County Board of Realtors.

Mike Nolan, an active Broker in residential, commercial, and property management, blends practical experience with a background in marketing and finance. He holds multiple certifications, including CRS, GRI, ABR, SFR, and Certified Distance Learning Instructor (CDEI), and is a REEA Gold Standard instructor.

Sam Olson, CRS, has been with SNR since 2015, serving as a Post Licensing Instructor and on various committees. He’s involved in the Nevada REALTORS Leadership Academy and the NVR DEI Committee. His top-ranking team thrives on a foundation of education, and he brings this passion to SNR to help develop the next generation of real estate professionals.

Patricia Schweigert, CDPE, SFR, GRI, CRS, CRB, has been a realtor since 1976, ranking as a top 5 ERA Broker for 13 years. She is the President of ERA Realty Central, a past President of the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS, and holds certifications in CDPE, SFR, GRI, CRS, and CRB.

As your 2025 Instructors Committee Chair, I am dedicated to providing exceptional training. I am a Broker Associate with Solid Source Realty, that specializes in representing buyers and sellers in Northern Nevada. I am also the head mentor and trainer for new agents at Solid Source. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Teaching, I serve on the SNR instructors & risk reduction committees.

John, a lifelong Reno/Tahoe resident, has over 20 years of experience in real estate as both a Realtor and investor. With a background from Wooster High School and the University of Nevada, Reno, he is well-equipped to represent buyers and sellers in the dynamic real estate market.
